Zebra Crossing to save life in Dhaka City

On an average, one pedestrain dies everyday in Dhaka city and many surrender to disability. These accidents occur manily while crossing the roads. So, Zebra crossing system should be developed in the city to save these premature demises. Experts called upon to take these initiatives at a view exchange jointly organized by Nirapad Development Foundation (NDF), Campaign for Development Foundation(CDF),Green Mind Society and WBB Trust at Dhaka Reporter’s Unity on 13 January 2012.
