Although projects like Metrorail, Flyover, and Elevated Expressway have been included in the development plan of Dhaka city, no new playgrounds, parks, or open spaces are planned. On the contrary, the open spaces, playgrounds and parks are being occupied in the name of development. As a result, there are not enough opportunities for playing and socialization. Therefore, it is possible to solve this problem by stopping the traffic for some time on the less-used or unused roads within the community and organizing small-scale children's games. In this case, an community-based mobile playground will play an important role as a timely solution.
