Delegations urged to the Pro-VC to form a Health Promotion Foundation. To execute National Health Policy, to implement the commitment of disease prevention in the global arena and to give priority to the development of public health it is essential to form a Health Promotion Foundation. The treatments of non-communicable diseases are expensive, long-term, and have less chance of survival, so emphasize has to give on NCD prevention and HPF can help to ensure it.

Representatives appealed to create public awareness to form a health promotion foundation.
