Environment Law and Court for Saving Environment
A discussion meeting on "Environment Law and Court for Saving Environment" was successfully organized jointly by Bangladesh Poribesh Andolon (BAPA) and Work for a Better Bangladesh (WBB) Trust on 25 June 2014, Wednesday at 11 AM in WBB (Koibortho) Conference Room, Rayerbazar, Dhaka. The main objective of the meeting was to call for establishing the environment court in each district to save the environment.
Executive Director Saifuddin Ahmed chaired the meeting whereas former IGP of Bangladesh Police and Law Commission member Dr. M. Enamul Haque, Bangladesh Poribesh Andolon (BAPA) General Secretary Dr. Mohammad Abdul Matin, Modern Club The President Abul Hasanat were presented as guest in the meeting. WBB's Director, Advocate Syed Alam presented the paper in the meeting and National Advocacy Officer from WBB, Maruf Rahman facilitated the meeting.
