This book presents guidelines for local organizations or individuals who wish to work on tobacco control. The book explains the importance of tobacco control, gives a short brief of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC), Tobacco Control Law 2005 and Rules 2006, and explains how to monitor law enforcement. Each of the editions focused on then-current challenges in tobacco control and used updated information. The first and second edition focused on the demand for tobacco control law and what can be done to pass the law. The third, fourth and fifth editions focus on what can be done to implement the law.
